Custom-made products, unless they are defective.
Items that have been used, washed, or altered by you.
Return requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process
Once we approve your return, we will refund your original payment method (PayPal) within 5 to 7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part, such as sending the wrong or defective product. If you received a replacement product, we will not process a refund for the same item.
